Catching up....

Wow it has been a while since I have posted anything...

So what has been going on with us lately...well we had thanksgiving, Ethan went with Daddy. And from what I hear Grandma Lin and Auntie Sam took care of him most of the day while Dad was out and about on the 4-wheeler putsin around...go figure! :)

We have been adjusting to our new home very well, and I am having a blast decorating, I already have my xmas tree up and all my presents bought, except the Delux Jumperoo that Santa is going to bring Ethan.

Oh yes, on friday I went out for the 2nd time and had lots of fun, although I fell down one step and spranged my ankle...so here is how it went. I was at a house and I thought I was standing on the ground already when actually I was on a step. So when I went to walk to the car, I fell and sliped, when I got home I just went to bed and didn't ice it...stupid decision.
So I wake up on saturday and I couldn't even walk on it. So I call up my buddy Tori and ask her if she will take me to the ER cause I thought I broke something. I got some X-Rays done and it just happends that I spranged it, but I ended up on crutches on saturday and used them partly on sunday but the more I wakled on it the less it hurt.

No wonder why they ice injuries like that right AWAY!

Anyways, I go back to work starting tomorrow I am excited, I haven't worked in almost 3 months! Too LONG!

The BIG Move

Well this weekend Ethan and I moved into our new apartment...and oh are we ever happy. I stayed up on Friday till past midnight still packing...thankfully Megan Wills took Ethan for the night. Which he didn't do so well at. Saturday my dad and I got the U-haul at 10 a.m. started packing up things, Erin Depew was cleaning the rest of my dishes and around noon Keith and Jared, his roommate, came to help load the big stuff. All in all it only took us less than 3 hours to move everything. I was exhausted by the time I went to go pick up Ethan. So Kris took him for a few hours at night so I could take a nap. What a Day!!

WE'RE MOVING!!!

So Ethan and I are cramped up in our little one bedroom apartment right now, but not for long. I thought it would be nice for Ethan to have his own room and have a place to put a table and chairs to eat at...I don't have one right now. Anyways, so I found a 2 bedroom apartment with all the space in the world for our crap we have. The closets are HUGE...that is what I like, we will just call that storage space. Ethan doesn't have much but he does have 2 boxes...I know 2 BOXES of clothes and he is only 1 month old. A duckie chair, that I had to buy cause I was obsessed with ducks there for a while...now it is frogs I am obsessed with. His crib, changing table, and toys...will all go into his bedroom now, and a dresser, and in my bedroom I will have my bed, dresser and side dressers and my own room. I have never shared a room until now...with my son. At least he didn't end up in the closet like my little bro did when he was a baby...*hehe*

By the way, if anyone needs clothes...I have 4 tubs and 1 box FULL of clothes...so just give me a call.

Doctor...AGAIN

So I have been having troubles walking...My foot hurts everytime I step on it. At first I thought that I just pulled a muscle...That was 2 weeks ago.
So I called in this morning to see a foot specialist and I got in...well could you believe it, something is wrong with my foot now. I stretched out a ligament in my foot and that is why it has been hurting. So now my foot is rapped up and I have to go back in 2 weeks to get it checked out again. Between Ethan and I we are just falling apart, soon those people who answer the phone there are going to know my voice when I call in, they probably already do.

One Month Old

Well Ethan was one month on Saturday and so far he has had and ear infection, can pull himself up to sit (when I pull his hands), grab my hair and pull on it, pinch me, smile, do little screams, toot A LOT...especially in church! Roll hisself to his side, roll from his tummy to his back, kick, grab my clothes and pull on them...so far so good. We just hung out together all day on saturday.

Single moms can still have FUN!!!

So last night was my first night out since Ethan was born...well since August, but my first time not being pregnant. And of course I being the cool hip mom that I am...or at least try to be, I chose to go to THUNDER FROM DOWN UNDER. Now for those of you who don't know what that is...it is a bunch of HOT Australian STRIPPERS!! So Kristen and I get there, to find out that ladies have been waiting since 6 O'clock! So we didn't think we would get good seats but we did. And I...god blessed me...I got a good close up of Darren... hottest guy there. How close you are wondering...well he started climbing on the chairs in our row...he stood right on my chair grabed my hands and MADE me touch his nice BUTT!!!!!! That was my close up...

So I was in heaven for the rest of the night and it was a great first time out with the girls! Thanks Kris, Naya, Kaycee and Steph!

Being sick...STINKS!!!

Well I finally called into the doctor today...it has been a week since I have felt like crap and figured maybe it isn't just a sinus infection. And it isn't, it started as a sinus infection and spread to my lungs, ears, eyes so now I have medication...so hopefully I will be feeling up to par very soon!

He's SOOOO Big

Ethan got weighed yesterday by my public health nurse, and he weighed 8 LBS.!!!! He is gettnig so big, so fast. He was just 7 Lbs. 6 Oz. last thursday. He will be 1 MONTH old on Saturday...17 years and 11 months to go....seems like eternity.

Bath Time

Ethan just loves his bath and I love giving him them...since he usually goes to bed within the half hour afterwards. Although I do recall the first bath Scott and I gave him...he cried and cried. That might have been because we didn't have a clue how to give him a bath, but I got the hang of it. This weekend he gets his first bath in the baby bath tub! YEA!!
